From the series preface:
"There is a movement afoot, globally and in the United States: the Anglican Church is being refined. Because of this, two simultaneous tides are rippling alongside one another. First, many Anglican and Episcopal clergy are being renewed in their commitment to our rich theological and ecclesial heritage. And, second, Christians from other denominations are beginning to see the immense gold beneath what has become decades of dross. I count myself among the latter. Both of these tides will need the same thing in the coming decades. They will need clear and objective ways to communicate with one another the theological and ecclesial distinctions which bind us together in our Anglican heritage. Therefore, this series was born out of a simple desire: to better know, more vigorously love, and more faithfully practice our Anglican heritage. And to do so in a local setting, especially as clergy labor to introduce new Anglicans, or perhaps reinvigorate cradle Episcopalians, to the truth, goodness, and beauty of the Church. That is the motivation to produce The Right Angle Series. "
